Jeong-ryeol Kim has a Ph.D. in applied linguistics from University of Hawaii and has been a professor of English at Korea National University of Education (KNUE) teaching methodology, integrated content and language teaching, English linguistics. He served as a director of planning and a deputy dean of center for in-service education at KNUE. He is currently serving as the president of Korea Association of Foreign Languages Education for 2013-2014 and was the president of Korea Association of Primary English Education for 2010-2011 and the president of KOTESOL back in 1996-1997. He was involved in different government projects in curriculum, textbooks and English education using information and communications technology. He has published books on classroom English, teaching methodology, English curriculum, English classroom observation and analysis to name a few. He has published numerous articles in the area of elementary English education and technology enhanced English teaching.

Hui-huang Hsu is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at Tamkang University, Tamsui, New Taipei City, Taiwan. He joined the faculty of Computer Science and Information Engineering at Tamkang University in August 2003. Before that he worked as Associate Professor in other universities in Taipei for eight years. Prof. Hsu received both his Ph.D. and M.S. Degrees from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida, USA. He got his B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tamkang University. Prof. Hsu has been very active in international academic activities, as conference organizer, journal editor/reviewer and invited speaker. He enjoys meeting scholars from different countries. His current research interests are in the areas of machine learning, data mining, ambient intelligence, bio-medical informatics, and multimedia processing. Prof. Hsu is a senior member of the IEEE.

Dr. Eric Chen is the founder of ProphetStor Data Services, Inc., a Software Defined Storage solution company based in Milipitas, California, and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Chen is a co-founder and served as Vice President and General Manager of Asia Pacific Operations at Falconstor Software Inc. [NASDAQ:FALC]  from 2000 to 2012, where he was responsible for operations, research and development, marketing and sales in the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining FalconStor, he was a Technical Staff Member of IBM Networking Systems, Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. From 1991 to 1994, he worked on projects that enabled the interworking of different communication protocols.  Dr. Chen was an Associate Professor at National Chung-Hsing University, Taiwan.  Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. and Masters in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
