Review & Publication Procedure
(1) Extended Abstract Submission to the EDAS system
Authors should summarize their research work in a 2-page extended abstract and submit it for review.

(2) Review Requests to PC members and/or External reviewers within a week after submission
At least three reviewers will be assigned to review each submission.
(3) A/R Notification
Authors will be notified of the decision (accept or reject) on their submission, soon after all reviews are completed.
(4) Author Registration and Conference Fee Payment
At least one author of each accepted paper MUST make an author registration and payment for the paper by the specified deadline.
(5) Camera-ready Extended Abstract Submission
All accepted and presented papers will be published as journal articles after the conference without any extra payment. (see step 7)
Only 2-page extended abstract will be included in the conference proceedings which will be distributed at the conference (CD or book).
So authors of accepted papers should submit their camera-ready extended abstracts to the EDAS system. (Camera-ready format: http://www.platcon.org/ExtendedAbstract_Format_final.doc)
(6) Paper Presentation at the conference.
All accepted papers should be presented at the scheduled sessions of the conference.
(7) Full Paper Submission and Journal Publications
After the conference, authors should submit their full papers to the system (to be informed) no later than the specified deadline.
Those papers will be published as articles in the Advanced Science Letters (ASL, American Scientific Publishers) indexed in EI and SCOPUS.
One regular registration can cover a paper with 5 pages, including all figures, tables, references, and author biographies.
If your paper needs more than 5 pages, you MUST purchase extra page(s) in your conference registration stage. (see the Registration page)
(8) Best Paper(s) and Selected Papers
In addition, some selected papers including the Best Paper(s) will be recommended to some international journals for fast-track reviews.
The selection process will be conducted by Program Chairs, Award Chairs, and guest editors of the special issues.
